Financial Analyst

The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities that help guide business decisions and organizational performance. This role analyzes financial data, develops forecasts, and prepares reports to provide leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders. This position will report to the Finance Manager and support monthly forecasting and actual reconciliation activities. This position will be primarily working remote with occasional visits to our Brentwood, TN office. 

Responsibilities: 

• Develop and maintain complex financial models that directly impact the company’s bottom line 
• Produce client-facing proformas and revenue forecasts 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of monthly client payment data within reporting systems
• Contribute to in-depth analysis of product profitability 
• Assist in other departmental and management requests for ad hoc projects 
• Other duties as assigned 

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and quantitative skills 
• A solution-oriented mindset with a talent for optimizing efficiencies
• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Access 
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as SalesForce and data visualization tools (e.g. PowerBI) a plus
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently 
• Effective written and oral communication skills coupled with solid business acumen
• Must be detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to work in cross-functional teams 
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, data analysis, or similar role 
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, IS, or related experience
