Seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross functional initiatives from planning through execution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous environments, works well across engineering and business teams, and drives programs to successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large scale, cross functional technical programs from concept to launch

  • Coordinate across engineering, QA, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely execution

  • Oversee release cycles for software or hardware products, ensuring smooth launches and updates

  • Build and maintain program plans, timelines, and communication channels

  • Use data to support decision making, including writing SQL queries, building dashboards, or using advanced spreadsheet functions

  • Identify risks, resolve blockers, and proactively drive problem solving across teams

  • Implement process improvements and leverage automation or AI tools to optimize workflows

  • Operate independently in fast paced, evolving environments

Location: Remote - Bay Area Preferred

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in technical program management or a related role
Minimum 4 years of experience managing programs involving engineering teams and complex technical systems
Familiarity with software or device release processes
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and navigate ambiguity

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience using automation or AI tools to streamline workflows is a plus
