Travel Consultant – Danish-speaking – Remote from Lithuania

Job Details

Location: Lithuania

Work Mode: Remote

Languages:

Danish: C1/C2 or native

English: B2 (written and spoken)

Start Date: 2 March 2026

Schedule:

Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 20:00 (rotational shifts)

Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 – 19:00

Operation runs 365 days a year

Your Mission

As a Danish-speaking Travel Consultant, you will support customers with travel-related services, ensuring smooth, accurate, and enjoyable experiences from start to finish.

Working remotely from Lithuania, youll be part of an international environment where customer care, efficiency, and attention to detail truly matter.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy travel-related topics, value flexibility, and feel confident communicating with customers in Danish and English.

What Youll Do

Assist customers with travel-related inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

Provide clear and professional guidance while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Handle bookings, changes, and general travel support requests.

Accurately document interactions and follow internal procedures.

Work collaboratively with international teams to maintain service quality.

What You Bring

Native or C1/C2 level Danish, both written and spoken.

B2 level English, written and verbal.

Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.

Ability to work remotely with reliability and professionalism.

Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

If applying from outside Lithuania, candidates must confirm clearly that they are willing to relocate independently.
