Job description

Overview:

National Debt Relief is seeking a collaborative and operationally minded Manager of Marketing Operations to support the analytics infrastructure and cross-functional workflows that power our marketing measurement capabilities. Reporting to the Director of Affiliate Analytics, this role sits at the intersection of analytics, stakeholder management, and operational execution helping ensure that insights reach the right people, at the right time, in the right format.

This is not a heads-down analysis role. The ideal candidate is someone who excels at building relationships across teams, driving clarity in ambiguous environments, and translating analytical work into business-ready outputs. You will partner closely with marketing, finance, and data engineering to keep reporting pipelines running smoothly and to support the analytics team's ability to operate at scale.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the analytics team and cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing leadership, finance, and data engineering
  • Partner with internal teams to translate business questions into well-scoped analytical projects, and ensure outputs are packaged in ways that drive action
  • Maintain and improve operational documentation, including reporting cadences, data dictionaries, dashboard inventories, and process workflows
  • Support the development and upkeep of dashboards and standardized reporting, coordinating with data engineering to surface clean, reliable data
  • Own the maintenance of partner payout rules across reporting systems, ensuring accrued costs are accurate for day-to-day reporting and that end-of-month reconciled costs align between partner team managed rules and the finance team
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, project syncs, and executive readouts, preparing materials and ensuring follow-through on action items
  • Identify gaps in reporting coverage or analytical workflows and proactively propose solutions in partnership with the broader analytics team
  • Help manage relationships with external data vendors and analytics platform providers, escalating issues and coordinating on product questions as needed
Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or communications-adjacent discipline
  • 6 years of experience in analytics operations, marketing analytics, or a related field within a cross-functional business environment
  • Experience working with payout structures, cost accruals, or financial reconciliation processes in a marketing or partner context is a strong plus
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and how performance data flows from platforms into reporting environments
  • Proven track record of managing stakeholder relationships across multiple teams and seniority levels
  • Financial services experience preferred
  • Experience in affiliate marketing is a plus, though not required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts, able to juggle competing priorities without losing track of details
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present analytical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where processes are still being built
  • Experience working with BI tools such as Sigma, Looker, or Tableau; comfort navigating data at the SQL level is a plus

National Debt Relief Role Qualifications:

  • Computer competency and ability to work with a computer.
  • Prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Punctuality expected, ready to report to work on a consistent basis.
  • Attain and maintain high performance expectations on a monthly basis.
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
  • Use and navigate multiple computer systems with exceptional multi-tasking skills.
  • Remain calm and professional during difficult discussions.
  • Take constructive feedback.
  • Available for full-time position, overtime eligible if classified non-exempt.
