Position Overview

IBEX is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to provide oversight for a data-driven analytics engagement supporting operational and contract portfolio insights. This role ensures delivery alignment, stakeholder coordination, and quality assurance across analytics workstreams.


Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Delivery Management

  • Provide leadership and oversight for analytics deliverables, timelines, and priorities

  • Ensure alignment with client roadmap, milestones, and expectations

  • Track progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders

  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and executive communications

  • Ensure alignment between technical outputs and business objectives

Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Review analytical outputs, dashboards, and reports for accuracy and clarity

  • Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance with client standards

  • Establish structured processes for repeatable delivery

Team Coordination

  • Guide and support Business Analyst(s) and data resources

  • Ensure efficient task allocation and workload balancing
