Position: Corporate Account Executive
Reports To: Director of Sales & Strategic Operations
Location: Hybrid or Remote
Salary/Hourly Rate: $65,000

Commission Structure: 5% of net-new revenue; accelerators above quota

Job Summary: IBEX is seeking a results-driven Corporate Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across our growing suite of offerings — including our proprietary SaaS platform (NectarIQ), IT training services (IBEX ED), and contingent workforce staffing (FLEXOps). This individual will be responsible for developing and closing qualified opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and IT stakeholders, and supporting overall revenue generation.

 

This is a quota-carrying role focused on strategic selling, with expectations for lead conversion, pipeline growth, and consistent quarterly performance. The B2B Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams and serve as a senior contributor helping to shape IBEX’s commercial strategy.

 

This position requires a strong closer who can build a pipeline, execute strategy, and help shape our commercial sales function. It also requires adaptability, as IBEX evolves in a fast-paced environment with lean resources, especially in the early ramp-up period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close across key sectors: tech, public sector, healthcare, and education
  • Develop, qualify, and manage a robust pipeline of leads generated through inbound and outbound activity
  • Understand customer needs and effectively communicate value propositions tailored to IBEX services and platforms
  • Deliver compelling product demos and presentations to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns and follow-up strategies
  • Prepare proposals, pricing models, and client contracts; negotiate and close deals
  • Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM and track sales KPIs
  • Stay current on industry trends in procurement, compliance, SaaS, and workforce development
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of IBEX’s go-to-market strategy
  • Provide post-sale client transition support in partnership with operations teams

Ramp-Up & Onboarding Expectations (First 90–180 Days):

  • Learn and demonstrate a strong understanding of IBEX’s service lines (SaaS platform, staffing, training, consulting).
  • Build a working knowledge of our ICP (ideal customer profile) and key verticals (government, healthcare, and commercial sectors).
  • Engage prospects and initiate sales outreach using HubSpot sequences and workflows.
  • Establish a healthy pipeline by the end of month 2.
  • Close at least 1 new deal (any service line) within the first 90 days and meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets by month 6.

Revenue Targets:

  • This is a quota-carrying role with monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Annual individual revenue target: $500K–$750K across all service lines (varies by product mix and ramp period).
  • By end of Year 1, successful hires will have built a strong pipeline, consistently closed multi-line deals across IBEX service offerings, and contributed at least $500K in new revenue.
  • Pipeline KPIs, outbound activity, and revenue contribution will be reviewed monthly.

Sales Cycle Expectations:

  • This role requires balancing short-term wins (e.g., training enrollments or pilot SaaS subscriptions) with longer, consultative sales cycles (e.g., multi-stakeholder staffing contracts or SaaS expansion opportunities).
  • You’ll need to effectively manage time between pipeline building, nurturing warm leads, and closing both fast-turn and strategic deals.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a B2B, full-cycle sales role with responsibility for new business generation
  • Proven ability to sell complex solutions or services (e.g., SaaS, procurement, or staffing)
  • Comfortable managing your own pipeline and forecasting revenue
  • You’ve earned more than $30K+ in annual commission in past roles
  • Proficiency using HubSpot or other CRM systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable selling in-person and remotely (phone, video, email)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple pipelines
  • Experience selling into government agencies, prime contractors, or regulated industries
  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Able to work independently and in a remote-first environment with accountability
  • Excellent business writing and communication skills
  • Must have current US work authorization

Work Environment, Professional Appearance & Physical Demands

Employees are expected to present themselves professionally in all settings — whether working remotely or in person. Attire should be business casual unless otherwise specified and should reflect the professional standards of our company and, where applicable, those of our clients.

  • Corporate/Internal Roles: Remote-first with business casual dress for virtual meetings. Video should remain on during internal and external calls unless otherwise excused.
  • Client-Facing Roles: Work environment and dress code are based on the client’s policies and expectations. These changes will be clearly communicated as part of the onboarding process or when assignments are updated.
  • Fieldwork/Special Events: Appropriate attire may include IBEX-branded apparel, long pants, closed-toe shoes, and other safety-compliant gear, depending on the task.

Physical Demands

While most corporate roles are performed in a remote, seated office setting, some positions may occasionally require:

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time

  • Lifting items up to 15–25 lbs (e.g., marketing materials, laptops, or equipment for in-person events)
  • Travel for client meetings, industry events, or internal gatherings (as required)
