Job Summary: IBEX is seeking a results-driven Corporate Account Executive to drive new business acquisition across our growing suite of offerings — including our proprietary SaaS platform (NectarIQ), IT training services (IBEX ED), and contingent workforce staffing (FLEXOps). This individual will be responsible for developing and closing qualified opportunities, building strong relationships with procurement, supply chain, and IT stakeholders, and supporting overall revenue generation.
This is a quota-carrying role focused on strategic selling, with expectations for lead conversion, pipeline growth, and consistent quarterly performance. The B2B Sales Manager will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams and serve as a senior contributor helping to shape IBEX’s commercial strategy.
This position requires a strong closer who can build a pipeline, execute strategy, and help shape our commercial sales function. It also requires adaptability, as IBEX evolves in a fast-paced environment with lean resources, especially in the early ramp-up period.
