Roles & Responsibilities

Salesforce Service Cloud integration, configuration, and administration expertise
Strong understanding of Service Cloud architecture, Salesforce object model, and underlying database modeling
RESTful API integration experience
Salesforce Administrator and Deployment experience; Salesforce Developer Certification required; other certifications desirable; US citizen/Green Card/H4-EAD work authorization; no H1B or third-party candidates

Requirements:

Configure and administer Salesforce Service Cloud including case management, rerouting, prioritization, and reassignment workflows
Implement business rules, workflows, and macros to optimize service operations
Build and maintain metrics and dashboards to monitor performance and outcomes
Integrate Salesforce with external systems via RESTful APIs and support deployment activities

Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer
Location: SF Bay Area, CA (Remote)
6 months
Rate: DOE $/hr. on w2 only

US Citizen and Green Card, H4-EAD only No H1B- No ThirdParty

Skills Requirement

Salesforce Service Cloud Integration, Configuration and Administration expertise
Good overall understanding of Service Cloud Architecture, Salesforce object model, and Underlying database modelling
Integration expertise with Restful API's
Experience in configuration with

- Re-assignment
- Business rules and workflow
- Building Macros

Experience with Salesforce Administration and Deployment
