Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering preferred
3-5 years of ServiceNow Implementation experience in large, complex environments with emphasis of HR Product Suite
Experience in custom design, development, testing/QA and deployment

Lead the technical requirement workshops, show-back sessions and interact with stakeholders
Accountable for providing direction and support to the team including but not limited to managing the project workplan, risks, remediating escalations overseeing all resources and interacting with key stakeholders
Translates user requirements into technical user stories
