1. The candidate must have extensive experience building custom integrations using BI Publisher and/or HCM Extracts.
2. The candidate must have extensive experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and APIs.
3. The candidate must have solid experience with Oracle's Autonomous Transaction Processing (ATP) database to load, update and extract data.
4. The candidate must have extensive experience developing custom Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas, specifically within the Time and Labor (TimeCard) module
5. The candidate must have solid understanding of TimeCard and Absence functionality
• Experience with Time and Absence schedules and business rules for eligibility
• Calculation rules for shift premium and Time Entry
• Understand differences between elapsed time and regular time
• Follow existing Oracle Cloud work schedule rules to load time for employees
• Debug errors from Timecards
6. Candidate should have strong written and verbal communication, with proven proficiency in technical writing and delivering professional presentations
