Job description

Liderança Técnica:
Guiar o time de dev em decisões de arquitetura, código e boas práticas.
Ser referência técnica em stacks e fullstacks base Java, Golang e desenvolvimento de APIs.
Realizar code reviews, alinhamentos técnicos e mentorias.

Arquitetura:
Desenvolvimento
Propor melhorias de arquitetura (microserviços, escalabilidade, performance).
Definir padrões de versionamento, CI/CD e governança técnica.

Gestão e Entregas:
Colaborar com PO/PM para refinar requisitos e priorizações.
Garantir entregas dentro do prazo e com qualidade.
Dividir as demandas entre Dev1, Dev2 e Dev3 de forma organizada.

Inovação Melhoria Contínua:
Identificar gargalos na plataforma e propor soluções.
Liderar evolução de APIs, integrações e novos módulos (ex.: BI, apps mobile).
