Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery of candidates

Job Description:

Looking for Sr. IT recruiter coming from strong IT recruitment background from min 4+ years to 8 year’s experience.
Candidate should be ready to start by end of this month or max by Feb first week.

Must have skills:

Min 4+ to 7 years of strong US IT recruitment experience.
Candidates with strong experience in w2 and corp2corp hiring.
Candidates with strong job boards and social network hiring experience.
Candidates must have good vendor database and candidates database/contact list.
Must have excellent comm skills.
Must be capable of making min 2-3 submissions everyday.
Must follow company’s complete submission/candidate qualifying process
