Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience leading multiple end-to-end Workday HCM projects from initiation to completion (requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment) and managing teams and client interactions
  • Up-to-date Workday HCM certifications (and other Workday certifications such as Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent), with 2-5 years of professional Workday experience
  • Strong HR background with Workday experience, either as a consultant or client, owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream; ability to travel as needed
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; experience with Workday Data Migration tools and Security framework

Requirements:

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in core HCM, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies
  • Host workshops and lead discussions on topics within area of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM
  • Independently lead your workstream and report on progress; manage diverse teams and guide them through the implementation
  • Liaise with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations and actively support innovation through new industry-leading methods and assets

As a Workday Core HCM Lead:

You'll be part of a team of advisory professionals who deliver more than just technology. From rapid deployments to complete transformations, you'll provide integrated, cloud-based HR solutions that put organizations on the fast track to a better way to work.

In this role, you will help our clients get the most out of their Workday investment by:

  • Collaborate with clients on industry standards and leading practices in the core HCM domain, contributing to functional solutions that meet client needs and objective and applying Workday and Accenture methodologies.
  • Hosting workshops and leading discussions on topics in line with your area(s) of expertise, covering all elements of Workday Core HCM.
  • Independently leading your workstream and reporting on progress
  • Ability to lead diverse and disparate teams and lead them through the implementation. Liaising closely with client counterparts, Accenture colleagues, and Workday to exceed client expectations
  • Actively supporting innovation through the creation of new industry-leading methods and assets

We are looking for experience in the following skills: 

  • Experience leading multiple End to End Workday HCM and projects from initiation to completion, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
  • Prior experience implementing Workday HCM or relevant on-premise or cloud-based platforms
  • Ability to meet client travel requirements as needed and efficiently manage a team(s) and client interactions
  • Thrive in a diverse, dynamic environment, meet deadlines despite conflicting demands, analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can clearly articulate complex messages and requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Spanish

 Set yourself apart:

  • Strong HR background with experience working in the Workday platform, either as a consultant or in a client role owning and driving the Workday HCM workstream.
  • Experience with Workdays Data Migration tools and Security framework
  • Up to date Workday HCM certification
  • Other Workday certifications, for example Compensation, Security, Recruiting, Talent & Performance a.o.
  • 2-5 years professional Workday experience

  • Fluency in another language
