Job Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder. You will provide technical leadership, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications using Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and high code quality.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder and related technologies.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
Design and develop responsive and scalable UI solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and OJET framework.
Integrate VBCS applications with REST and SOAP web services and other enterprise systems.
Work with Oracle SaaS, OIC, and Oracle Cloud Database integrations.
Manage and mentor team members to drive delivery excellence.
Take ownership of team decisions and contribute to key architecture and design discussions.
Provide solutions to complex business and technical problems across teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to improve team capability.
Continuously improve development processes and enhance delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Visual Builder.
Minimum 4+ years of experience in VBCS with deep knowledge of core functionality, best practices, and design patterns.
Hands-on experience in OJET framework and modern UI development.
Strong understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
Experience in application lifecycle management tools.
Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and cloud-based architectures.
Good communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Positive attitude, strong problem-solving ability, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively.

Additional Information:
Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are preferred.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, mentoring, and client-facing experience.
