Job Title: Business Analyst with Data (Job Ref.7X44YX33)

Job Type: Full-time, remote

Effort Schedule: 8 Hours/Day

Mission

The Agile Business Analyst (ABA) supports the Product Owner in daily backlog management, including writing, clarifying, and validating User Stories, managing prioritization, and ensuring transparency across the development team. The ABA does not replace the Product Owner, who remains the sole decision-maker.

Activities & Tasks

• Provide digital expertise and ensure alignment with best practices and market standards.
• Contribute to backlog prioritization and propose adjustments based on business value.
• Detail features into well-defined User Stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Clarify User Stories during sprints and support the development team.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support functional testing, including regression checks and User Story validation.
• Ensure documentation quality and contribute to user support when required.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data structures.
• Understanding of APIs, web services, and data interfaces.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe).
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Swagger, Postman/Bruno, and Xray.
• Ability to perform manual functional testing.
• Strong analytical, communication, and knowledge‑sharing abilities.
• Attention to detail and awareness of digital trends.

Skills & Competencies

Language Requirements (Emphasized)

Excellent English proficiency is required.

**Strong French language skills are highly valued and considered a major asset for effective communication with francophone stakeholders.**

French knowledge enhances collaboration, documentation quality, and alignment with cross-country teams.

Profile Requirements

• Very good level of English.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Business Analyst in Agile environments.
