Roles & Responsibilities

Strong experience in estate agency with a proven track record in valuing and listing homes.
Ability to guide buyers and sellers through the full buying and selling journey to completion with exceptional customer service.
Self-starter with drive to build a long-term, scalable business beyond short-term targets.
Willingness to work flexibly, including outside office hours, and to operate autonomously with the potential to build and manage a local team.

Requirements:

Build and operate your own estate agency business as a Territory Owner, managing postcodes and a local team.
Value and list homes and guide buyers and sellers through the full journey to completion with excellent customer service.
Utilise central lead generation, book and manage appointments, and maintain ongoing client relationships with support from the Contact Centres.
Grow the business through multiple revenue streams and local marketing initiatives, including partnerships and referrals.

Job description

We’re looking for talented estate agents with the drive to build their own business as a Territory Owner under the Yopa franchise.

As a Territory Owner, you will have your own postcodes and the opportunity to grow your business without limits, with full control over your own agenda and helped by a team of Territory Managers. In return, we’re looking for estate agents who:

Already have strong experience in the world of estate agency, with a proven track record in valuing and listing homes, and who can confidently see the buying and selling journey through to completion.
Demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service, with the willingness to help customers outside of ‘office hours’ and go the extra mile for that sale.
Self-starters with the drive to build a long-term business that goes beyond the end of the month or the next paycheck.
