Position Overview

The primary responsibilities of the BIM Solutions Engineer are to lead new and existing client consulting efforts (related to their BIM, VDC, Revit Production, and reality capture needs), develop and deliver recommendations, prepare scoping of solutions based on needs, effectively coordinate with team members to develop, prepare, and deliver proposal documents. BIM Solutions Engineer are the primary pre-sales resource for ARKANCE BIM solutions and technologies offered. In addition, the role requires the ability to deliver complex, often customized, solutions to ARKANCE customers. 

Qualifications

· Construction industry experience, with a good understanding of BIM and the BIM process as it relates to the AEC&O industries. 

· Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. 

· Exhibit a proactive attitude and demonstrate strong self-motivational attributes. 

· Thrive in a team atmosphere. 

· Be willing and available to travel, if needed, both regionally and nationally, to provide designated services. 

· Must have a good working attitude and a desire to be a key member of a dynamic team.

Essential Functions

· Maintain a strong understanding of business practices of AEC&O organizations. 

· Maintain cutting-edge knowledge of BIM and related ARKANCE technologies, including practical application within the AEC&O industries.

· Demonstrate expertise in industry design and delivery processes, BIM collaboration tools, and emerging technology trends.

· Work effectively with clients, identifying challenges and providing technical and business solutions that support customer objectives.

· Develop and deliver professional product presentations, demonstrations, proposals, estimates, and projections; customize content to address specific customer workflows and requirements.

· Document customer requirements and prepare scopes of work (SOWs); assist project and production teams in delivering accurately scoped services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with ARKANCE customer accounts, identifying opportunities to expand adoption of products and services to meet evolving customer needs.

· Collaborate closely with other ARKANCE teams, providing technical leadership, presales assistance, competitive analysis, and product expertise.

· Contribute to the development of best practices, curriculum, sales tools, and enablement materials for internal teams and customers.

· Maintain active participation and recognized presence in the industry through networking, presentations, publications, and professional events.

· Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive, results-driven approach.

· Uphold the highest standards of business ethics, quality, and professionalism in all interactions and deliverables.

· Perform additional duties as required to support customers, BIM initiatives, and ARKANCE; responsibilities may evolve over time.

Pay range for this position: $80,000-$90,000
