This is a remote position.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on Quality Assurance, Testing, and ERP system integration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in defining and executing testing strategies for complex, integrated enterprise systems, ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple applications and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Lead the development of test strategies, test plans, and test cases for enterprise applications Manage and coordinate end-to-end testing activities, including System Testing and UAT Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define quality criteria and acceptance standards Analyze functional and technical requirements, data models, and system integrations Design and execute test scenarios and test data Track testing progress, manage defects, and provide regular status reporting Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely defect resolution Support ERP system integration efforts, including interaction with legacy systems Facilitate communication between technical teams and business users Contribute to overall quality governance and continuous improvement initiativesRequired Qualifications (Mandatory) Minimum 10 years of IT experience At least 4 years in a Test Lead or QA Lead role Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in test planning and execution At least 3 years of experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably involving complex system integrations Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Proficiency in SQL and data analysis Ability to interpret data models and system architecture diagrams Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale ERP implementations (e.g., Oracle, SAP, or similar) Certification in Quality Assurance (e.g., ISTQB or equivalent) Experience working in highly integrated and distributed environments Strong experience in defect management and reporting Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience collaborating with remote and cross-functional teamsKey Skills Test Strategy & Planning Test Execution & Defect Management ERP Systems & Integration Data Analysis (SQL) Stakeholder Management Communication & Coordination Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking
