Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in advertising, client management, account management, or project management (SaaS or marketing services environment preferred)
  • 1-2+ years of team supervision experience
  • Experience with print production and/or print fulfillment (preferred)

  • Manage day-to-day operational client deliverables on assigned accounts, including template management, asset/platform updates, print/fulfillment, order processing, and inventory management, while overseeing junior colleagues to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the operational contact for assigned accounts; oversee performance, development, and management of direct reports
  • Lead internal and external meetings; oversee planning and execution of technical and creative projects from requirements gathering through delivery, ensuring quality and on-time results
  • Identify issues, research root causes, drive resolution; document timelines, status reports, meeting agendas/minutes; provide thought leadership and process improvements to internal and external stakeholders

Job description

The Manager – Client Delivery Create oversees the operational delivery and coordination of client projects for assigned accounts in a fast-paced environment. This role includes mentoring team members and managing the performance, development, and workload of direct reports while fostering strong relationships across internal teams and external partners. The Manager collaborates with cross-functional departments to establish project expectations, priorities, and timelines, ensuring effective communication of client requests and feedback. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of technical and creative projects planning, requirements gathering, execution, troubleshooting, and on-time delivery—while leveraging a deep understanding of Ansira’s products and services to provide strategic recommendations, strengthen partnerships, and drive process improvements to achieve client objectives.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Responsible for managing all day-to-day operational client deliverables on assigned accounts, including template management, asset and platform updates/changes, print/fulfillment - order processing, and inventory management, while overseeing junior associates’ workload as directed to ensure accuracy and on-time delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the operational point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Oversee the performance, development, and management of direct reports
  • Oversee technical and creative projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, functionality, and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set expectations, priorities, and deadlines; communicate client requests, concerns, and feedback effectively.
  • Proactively identify and report issues, research root causes, and drive resolution.  
  • Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including timelines, status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
  • Lead internal and external meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Train new team members and current team members on product and processes, be able to provide client- facing training as necessary.
  • Proactively provide thought leadership, tactical solutions, and process improvements to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Track and record work time against projects to support accurate forecasting and billing.

  • Excellent project management skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of summarizing complex details clearly for stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities; proven capacity to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; effective in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Must be available for a flexible schedule to meet client advertising deadlines, including night shifts aligned to U.S. hours for India-based team members.
  • Quick learner with solid computer proficiency and ability to adapt to new software and applications rapidly.
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and professionalism under high volume and pressure.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Familiarity with marketing services, local/channel marketing programs, and/or print production/fulfillment preferred. 
  • Minimal travel may be required.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of work experience in advertising, client management, account management, or project management; experience in a SaaS or marketing services environment preferred.
  • 1-2+ years of team supervision experience 
  • Previous experience with print production and/or print fulfillment preferred. 
  • Experience working with global teams or supporting U.S.-based clients preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
