Job description

Job Title: AI Developer

Experience: 7+yrs

Location: Remote

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python
Integrate and work with LLMs (Large Language Models) such as Claude for AI-driven workflows
Build scalable APIs and backend services using Python Flask
Leverage tools like Cursor or similar AI-assisted coding platforms to enhance development productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable AI solutions
Optimize AI models and workflows for performance, reliability, and scalability
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing AI-based systems

Required Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development
Strong proficiency in Python programming
Hands-on experience in AI/ML development and LLM integrations
Experience working with Claude AI and Cursor (or similar AI development tools)
Strong experience with Flask framework for backend/API development
