 Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled SAP Hybris Developer with hands-on experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) to support L3 managed services operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, implementing code fixes, and assisting in system enhancements for Hybris-based applications.

This role requires strong Java/J2EE development skills, expertise in Hybris storefront and order management flows, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Debug and resolve issues in Hybris storefront and order management processes.
  
• Provide L3 support by implementing code fixes and supporting enhancements under guidance from senior engineers.
  
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
  
• Participate in release validation, smoke testing, and deployment support activities.
  
• Collaborate with QA, frontend developers, and other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  
• Update technical documentation and ensure compliance with ITIL-aligned processes.
  
• Follow coding standards and contribute to maintaining application stability and performance.
  
• Support on-call rotations and work in a 24×5/7 support environment when required.
  

 Required Skills

• Strong experience in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.
  
• Solid knowledge of Java / J2EE and Hybris platform fundamentals.
  
• Experience working with Hybris OCC APIs.
  
• Familiarity with Hybris storefront architecture and order management flows.
  
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git.
  
• Experience using build tools such as Maven.
  
• Understanding of production support processes and issue resolution.
  

 Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in SAP Hybris / SAP Commerce Cloud development.
  
• Experience supporting enterprise e-commerce platforms is preferred.
