Role Description
Client Solutions & Sales Enablement
Serve as a subject matter expert for Client Solutions, advising sales teams on solution design, Services partner programs, pricing strategies, and SHI service offerings.
Collaborate with sales teams to identify, qualify, and close opportunities through customer environment reviews, refresh initiatives, and cross sell/upsell strategies.
Ensure sales activities are aligned with Client Solutions strategy, margin objectives, and customer outcomes.
Act as a brand ambassador, articulating organizational value and capabilities to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
Support formal proposal development and RFP responses as required.
Develop sales strategies with services partners to grow
Partner Management & Governance
Own partner onboarding, compliance, performance management, and ongoing governance.
Evaluate partner coverage and capabilities across service portfolios and identify gaps.
Establish and maintain partner methodologies, standards, templates, and toolsets.
Lead partner reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as the escalation point for partner performance and delivery issues.
Services Delivery Enablement
Support services opportunities through partner scoping and SOW development, as needed.
Partner with Sales, Portfolio Leaders, and Delivery teams to ensure partner readiness and alignment.
Maintain visibility into active partner delivered engagements and delivery health.
Assist in resolving complex delivery challenges to ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Operational Excellence & Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting on partner pipeline, active projects, utilization, and revenue.
Maintain a centralized partner database to support efficient partner selection.
Own subcontractor SOW templates, documentation standards, and processes.
Track partner KPIs related to delivery quality, performance, and operational efficiency.
Drive process improvements that support scalability, margin protection, and consistency.
Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRM and internal systems to track engagements, activities, KPIs, and OKRs.
Lead QBRs with assigned Services Partners
Assist with billing in conjunction with finance team
Leadership & Enablement
Lead and develop Partner Management resources; support hiring and onboarding as needed.
Establish performance expectations, career development plans, and operational KPIs.
Train internal stakeholders on partner methodology, engagement models, and standards.

Other Requirements
Completed Bachelor’s Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in partner management, services delivery, program management, or operations.
Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
