Billing Analyst

The Billing Specialist – LATAM is responsible for managing the end-to-end billing process for customers across the Latin American region.

This role ensures accurate and timely invoicing, compliance with regional tax and financial regulations, and effective coordination with internal teams such as Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Role also requires

• Manage the complete billing cycle for LATAM customers, including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
• Ensure accuracy of billing data and compliance with company policies and regional tax requirements.
• Review contracts, pricing structures, and service agreements to ensure correct invoicing.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure proper billing setup and revenue recognition alignment.
• Maintain billing records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities related to billing and revenue reporting.
• Monitor billing performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and electronic invoicing requirements across LATAM countries where applicable.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in multinational or regional billing environments.
