Roles & Responsibilities

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual: proficient in written and verbal English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) and familiarity with Outlook; experience with Oracle or similar ERP software.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills: ability to write routine correspondence and interpret documents; ability to shift between multiple applications with ease and accuracy.

  • Partner with GPO pricing coordinators to discuss new RFP requirements for pricing, terms and conditions.
  • Navigate required files to obtain key details on existing price points/ASP and perform analysis on the impact of new pricing required by GPO.
  • Develop and communicate monthly analytics dashboards to capture individual GPO or regional ASP movements and sales to pricing coordinators.
  • Coordinate with Contracts and Pricing team analysts to standardize ASP calculations and dashboard creation.

What You'll Do

Summary:  

Develops, evaluates and implements pricing strategies and models based upon current business and competitive market dynamics, resulting in competitive pricing analysis. Partners with Sales/Marketing, Business Development and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing programs aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue recognition requirements. Solves routine problems with complexity and limited scope following established policies and procedures. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

•    Partner with GPO pricing coordinators to discuss new RFP requirements for pricing, terms and conditions.
•    Navigate required files to obtain key details on existing price points/ASP and perform analysis on impact of new pricing required by GPO.
•    Develop and communicate monthly analytics dashboards to capture individual GPO or regional ASP movements and sales to pricing coordinators.
•    Coordinate with Contracts and Pricing team analysts to standardize ASP calculations and dashboard creation.
•    Perform other duties assigned by Contracts Pricing team or manager

Qualifications:

•    Bachelor's Degree with minimum of 2 years of related experience in a similar job position.
•    Bilingual role – must be proficient with written and verbal English skills. 
•   Ability to effectively utilize various excel functions and navigate pivot tables with ease and accuracy.
•   Ability to communicate and write routine correspondence to internal and external customers
•    Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
•    Ability to shift between multiple applications and tasks with ease and accuracy.
•    To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Oracle or similar ERP software.
