Personal Injury Paralegal

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with a full-scope personal injury law experience, from intake to court filings. You will assist attorneys in managing personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation, ensuring all documentation is complete and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and organize demand letters and legal correspondence
  
• Maintain case files and track deadlines
  
• Communicate with clients, providers, and insurance companies
  
• Prepare discovery responses and court filings
  
• Schedule depositions, medical exams, and hearings
  
• Assist with settlement documentation and disbursements
  
• Collect, review, and summarize medical records and bills

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
  
• Strong knowledge of personal injury law and legal procedures
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
  
• Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• Paralegal certification (preferred, but not required)
