Job Description :

The Senior Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence and delivering results across the organization. This role is responsible for setting strategic objectives, translating them into actionable plans, and leading teams to successful execution. As a key partner to senior leadership, the Senior Manager helps shape policies and processes that influence both day-to-day operations and broader company direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute operational objectives aligned with organizational strategy and business priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive work plans, ensuring resources, timelines, and expectations are clearly established.
  • Lead, coach, and delegate to managers and team members to drive accountability and high performance.

  • Partner with senior leadership to review objectives and evaluate the effectiveness of operations.
  • Contribute to the development, modification, and execution of company policies, with potential impact across multiple teams or the enterprise.

  • Act as a change leader, helping teams navigate evolving priorities, systems, and processes.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
  • Proven experience managing teams responsible for complex work, including performance oversight and day‑to‑day operational leadership.
  • Experience supporting business negotiations through analysis, insights, and preparation; ability to independently handle negotiations as needed.
  • Recognized subject matter expert (SME) within area of responsibility, providing guidance, recommendations, and problem‑solving support to stakeholders.
  • Ability to participate in or support training facilitation, onboarding, or capability‑building initiatives for team members.
  • Experience performing additional responsibilities in support of account and/or product management functions.
  • Exposure to or involvement in team strategy development and planning, with the ability to align team efforts to broader market and organizational goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to support overall market and team performance through data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement.

Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market. The expected base pay for this position ranges from $98,000 - $120,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
