Requirements:

  • Be a member of a cross-functional team responsible for systems engineering for Future Combatants and Mission Systems
  • Apply sensor interfaces and sensor data in applications; work with basic sensors (temperature, strain gauge) and navigation sensors (GPS, MEMS IMU, radars)
  • Develop and execute test procedures; perform requirements-based design and testing to verify systems
  • Demonstrate proficiency in systems engineering concepts, requirements management, and system modeling tools; contribute across the product lifecycle from pre-proposal to post-delivery support

ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:

 

As a systems engineer for the Unmanned & Future Combatant Systems business area, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for systems engineering for our Future Combatants and Mission Systems.

We encourage you to apply if you have any of these preferred skills or experiences:

  • Sensor interfaces, measurements, using sensor data in applications.
    • Basic sensors such as temperature, strain gauge, etc. or navigation sensors such as GPS, MEMS IMU, radars, etc.
  • Test procedure writing and execution. Requirements based design and test to verify.
  • Physics, core engineering, or computer science background.
  • Proficiency in the use and understanding of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
  • Proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team throughout the product life-cycle – from pre-proposal to post-delivery support

This position is either fully on-site or hybrid/flex (work from home and on-site based on a defined schedule). While on-site, you will be a part of the Pittsfield, MA team. Salary Note: This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled. Combined Salary Range: USD $77,843.00 - USD $86,358.00 /Yr. Company Overview:
