Requirements:

  • Lead strategic change communications for Finance Data Transformation and related programs, including merger/integration activity, Finance transformation, and HR-led change programs; create campaigns, drumbeat communications, leadership messaging, and supporting documents to drive adoption.
  • Develop and evolve the communications strategy for the Finance Data Transformation (FDT) program, ensuring clarity and engagement across global teams, and manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Plan and coordinate enterprise communications to align transformation activity with wider corporate priorities; shape Group Communications calendar and governance frameworks to maintain consistency and impact.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and external consultants (providing PMO support) to align messaging; maintain close partnership with the FDT Program leadership and the Director of Communications; support wider Group Communications initiatives as required.

**Although we prefer candidates from the NY Metro area, we are also open to East Coast candidates interested in working remotely**

This is a 12 months contract role.

About you and the role:

Support strategy and lead tactical delivery of change communications, ensuring clarity, engagement, and alignment across the business. The role will focus primarily on change communications for Finance and our Finance and Data Transformation program, while supporting the Brand Communications & Strategic Planning Lead with enterprise planning within the Group Communications team.

Key Accountabilities / Deliverables

This role will be accountable for leading strategic change communications including merger and integration activity, Finance transformation, and HR led change programs..

Key focus areas will be:

Strategic Change Communications

  • Lead and evolve communications strategy for Finance Data Transformation(FDT) transformation program, ensuring clarity and engagement across global teams.
  • Create compelling content for change initiatives through campaigns, drumbeat communications, leadership messaging and supporting documents that drive adoption to change.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders and external consultants (providing project PMO support) to align messaging.
  • Manage feedback loops for continuous improvement.
  • Provide support for Finance communications, aligned to FDT program and wider Communications initiatives.

Planning & Coordination

  • Support enterprise communications planning, ensuring alignment between transformation activity and wider corporate priorities.
  • Contribute to shaping the Group Communications calendar and governance frameworks to maintain consistency and impact.
  • Expectation to support wider Group Communications team led activity as required
  • Close partnership with the FDT Program leadership team and change communication initiatives with the Director of Communications.

 

What you will bring

  • 5 years or more experience in Strategic Change Communications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications beneficial but not essential
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in change and transformation communications within a global organisation
  • Advanced project management capability, balancing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to distil complexity into clear, engaging messages.
  • Occasional international travel may be required.

General Info  

The target base salary pay range for this role is $144,000-$182,000 *Target full-time equivalent base salary range is based on relevant market data. The actual salary offered will depend on applicable market data for the hiring location and the relevant candidate's knowledge, skills/experience. This salary range is not inclusive of applicable discretionary incentives.
