Roles & Responsibilities

  • Thorough understanding of technical roles across Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET), Data Engineers/Scientists, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps, QA, and Cybersecurity
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering positions, and onboarding new hires
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical specifications, team dynamics, and recruitment priorities
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates

Salary range: Rs 150000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 1.5 - 4 LPA)

Min Experience: 2 years

We are seeking a motivated IT Technical Recruiter who can identify, attract, and onboard high-quality talent within the tech industry. The perfect candidate should have a thorough understanding of technical positions, outstanding sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capability to oversee the entire recruitment process while working in close partnership with hiring managers..

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete recruitment cycle for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering positions, and onboarding new hires.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand the technical specifications, team interactions, and recruitment priorities.

Find candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.

Assess resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to determine both technical fit and cultural compatibility.

Coordinate and arrange technical interviews with the appropriate parties.

Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future openings.

Ensure an enjoyable candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates.

Keep up to date with market trends, compensation benchmarks, and new technologies.

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in IT or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience).

2–5+ years of experience in technical recruiting or IT.

Thorough understanding of technical roles, including:

Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET).

Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

DevOps, Quality Assurance, and Cybersecurity.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
