  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding)
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities
  • Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking); review resumes and conduct initial technical interviews
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, ensure a positive candidate experience, and monitor recruitment metrics

Salary range: Rs 150000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 1.5 - 4 LPA)

We are looking for a results-oriented IT Technical Recruiter to find, attract, and onboard top talent in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of technical roles, exceptional sourcing capabilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the complete recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire recruitment process for IT positions (sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding).

Collaborate with hiring managers to grasp technical requirements, team dynamics, and hiring priorities.

Source candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, etc.).

Review resumes and perform initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.

Organize and schedule technical interviews with relevant stakeholders.

Create and sustain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for immediate and future positions.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline status, offer acceptance rates).

Stay informed about market trends, compensation standards, and emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).

2–5+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting.

Deep understanding of technical roles, including:

Software Engineers (Java, Python, .NET).

Data Engineers / Data Scientists.

Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).

DevOps, QA, Cybersecurity.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
