About the role: While affiliates, media platforms, and content partnerships remain part of the role, the primary emphasis is on building and scaling influencer-driven campaigns across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets.

This role is focused on player acquisition, brand growth, and scalable partnership strategies, working closely with marketing, product, and analytics teams.

Requirements

  • iGaming experience is mandatory
  • Strong background in B2C acquisition / performance marketing
  • Experience with affiliate programs and tracking tools
  • Analytical mindset with focus on ROI and traffic quality
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage partnerships with affiliates, influencers, streamers, and media platforms
  • Launch and optimize performance-driven campaigns (CPA, ROI, traffic quality)
  • Execute co-marketing activities (campaigns, promotions, tournaments, content integrations)
  • Analyze performance and optimize based on data (conversion, retention, ROI)
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and market trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong campaign execution
