  • Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day with strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.

Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team as a rock star Virtual Assistant. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, cold calling, lead follow-ups, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, proven experience in cold calling, and the confidence to engage prospects, overcome objections, and book qualified appointments consistently. This position plays a key role in driving pipeline growth and supporting the sales team.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospects from provided lead lists
  • Send follow-up messages via email, SMS, and social media platforms to nurture leads
  • Qualify prospects based on established criteria and identify decision-makers
  • Set and confirm appointments for the sales team
  • Follow structured call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Overcome objections professionally and confidently
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all calls, messages, and interactions in the CRM
  • Execute consistent follow-up sequences to increase response and booking rates
  • Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs (calls made, conversations, appointments set, show rates)
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment handoffs
  • Conduct lead research to personalize outreach and improve engagement

  • Maintain high energy and professionalism during all client interactions
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets
