Our client from energy industry is looking for a highly experienced Senior Data Engineer with strong expertise in AWS and Databricks to join a remote project focused on data transformation within a modern cloud environment

This is you

• Proven experience as a Senior Data Engineer

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue, Redshift, etc.)

• Solid experience working with Databricks and Spark-based data processing

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering best practices

• Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines

• Strong understanding of data architecture and data modeling

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Good level of german is mandatory

This is your role

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures

• Work extensively with AWS and Databricks to process large datasets

• Optimize and monitor data workflows for performance and reliability

• Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders

• Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards

• Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data engineering processes and standards
