Product Lead

Job Summary: 

Medefy Health is seeking a Product Lead to help shape and deliver the next generation of our healthcare navigation platform.

This role sits at the intersection of customer needs, business strategy, and engineering execution. Rather than simply managing features, this position focuses on identifying the most valuable problems to solve and ensuring our engineering teams are working on high-impact opportunities.

You will work closely with leadership, engineering, data teams, and operational teams to translate complex healthcare challenges into scalable software solutions.

A key component of this role will be leveraging modern AI tools and workflows to accelerate product discovery, development, and operational efficiency across the organization.

This role is designed to grow into a Head of Product position over time, with responsibility for helping build and lead Medefy’s product organization as the company continues to scale.
