Proven experience as a Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a marketing or digital agency
Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and workflows
Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Slack, and other project management/communication tools

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager/Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced marketing agency. This role requires someone who can effectively manage client communications, track project progress, and ensure all deliverables and action items are completed on time. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing environments and thrives in a collaborative, client-facing role.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and actively participate in client calls, taking detailed notes and tracking action items
Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables using ClickUp or similar project management tools
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure timely execution of marketing campaigns
Monitor and follow up on action items to ensure completion and accountability
Prepare reports and provide updates on project status and performance
Assist with general administrative tasks, including scheduling, documentation, and communication
Support client management efforts by maintaining strong, professional relationships
(Preferred) Assist with organic social media tasks such as scheduling posts or basic content coordination
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Project Manager, Administrative Assistant, or similar role within a marketing or digital agency
Strong understanding of online marketing concepts and workflows
Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Slack, and other project management/communication tools
Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in client-facing situations
