Medical Assistant - Anesthesiology

This is a remote position.

Our client is looking for a Part-Time Medical Assistant - Anesthesiology to support their clinical operations by conducting medical consults, reviewing patient records, and ensuring accurate evaluation of medical histories. This role is ideal for a healthcare professional who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with both patients and providers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medical consults with patients and gather relevant clinical information
  

• Review and analyze medical records to ensure accuracy and completeness
  

• Evaluate patient medical histories to support clinical decision-making
  

• Communicate with patients and healthcare providers as needed
  

• Assist with additional administrative and clinical support tasks
  

• Maintain organized documentation and ensure proper follow-up when required
  

Requirements

• Background in healthcare as an MD, PA, or similar practitioner
  

• Nurses with relevant anesthesiology experience may be considered
  

• Proven experience in internal medicine is required
  

• Strong ability to review and interpret medical records and histories
  

• Comfortable interacting with patients and medical professionals
  

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  

• Proactive, confident, and able to work independently
  

Qualifications

• Experience in anesthesiology is a strong plus
