We are currently seeking a "Unified Communications Engineer "for India.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

·        You have at least 7-10 years’ hands-on experience supporting large, complex infrastructures and projects.  

·        Extensive experience in enterprise operations where teamwork, communication, proactiveness, scripting, process and monitoring are key elements to success.  

·         A proven track-record of successfully participating in technical implementations of new services as part of a project team.  

·        Learning is something you continuously like to do, you can work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision while playing a key role in a global, virtual team.  

·        You have significant expertise in the following technologies: 

o        (Azure) Active Directory  

o        Microsoft Teams

o        Direct Routing

o        Operator Connect 

o        Video & Audio Conferencing 

o        Session Border Controller (AudioCodes, Ribbon)  

o        Scripting with PowerShell  

o        Microsoft Windows Server technologies

o        Team Rooms

o        Teams integrated CCaaS solutions

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

·        Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing business requirements. 

·        Highly collaborative, successful in a matrixed and geographically diverse environment.

·        Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI)

·        MIIT (Ministry of Industry and Information Technology)

·        Experience with Zoom and CXone is highly preferred

·        Experience with Cisco/Avaya voice solutions would be an advantage

·        Detail and results oriented. 

·        Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 

·        Excellent English communication skills are required.
