The AI Automation & Systems Engineer will design, build, and maintain internal AI systems that support the firm’s operational workflows. This role focuses on developing an AI-powered project management and product creation system that connects tools such as Claude, Asana, Slack, and email workflows to automate communication, task generation, and internal coordination across teams and client projects.
Design and build internal AI-powered systems that support project management and operational workflows.
Develop integrations between tools such as Claude, Asana, Slack, email systems, and automation platforms.
Translate business processes into scalable AI-driven operational systems.
Build automation pipelines that connect communication channels, project management tools, and internal systems.
Create systems where client communications automatically generate tasks and project updates.
Automate processes such as task assignment, meeting summaries, and internal reporting.
Collaborate with leadership to design an AI-powered project management framework.
Improve coordination across multiple teams and client projects through automated tracking, reporting, and prioritization.
Build systems that allow leadership to query project status using AI assistants.
Integrate tools such as Claude, OpenAI APIs, Zapier, Make, and similar automation platforms.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and recommend system improvements.
Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and usability.
Maintain and update internal AI infrastructure.
Implement improvements based on feedback from leadership and internal teams.
Serve as the internal point of contact for AI system updates and enhancements.
Experience building AI-powered automation systems or internal operational tools.
Experience integrating AI tools with project management or operational platforms.
Experience designing and maintaining workflow automation systems.
Familiarity with large language models such as Claude or OpenAI.
Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
Experience working with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools.
Strong strategic thinking around systems design, workflows, and operational efficiency.
Ability to experiment, iterate, and adapt quickly as technologies evolve.
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
Successful implementation of AI-powered systems that automate project management and operational workflows.
Increased efficiency across teams through automation of repetitive processes.
