Roles & Responsibilities

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a C-suite or equivalent executive role

Requirements:

  • Define and champion the long-term vision, mission, and strategic priorities in partnership with the Founder and Board; translate brand ethos into enterprise strategy; set annual and multi-year goals to drive revenue growth, market share, and brand equity
  • Own the full member lifecycle—from onboarding to ongoing family engagement and multigenerational relationships; design and evolve the membership model; collaborate with clinical and concierge teams to ensure proactive, coordinated, and emotionally resonant health journeys; establish metrics to track satisfaction, engagement, and lifetime value
  • Lead and develop a world-class executive team across operations, brand, finance, product, and people; cultivate a culture rooted in integrity, creativity, inclusion, and accountability; steward the company's values and serve as the public face of the brand
  • Oversee financial health, capital strategy, fundraising, investor relations, and risk management; ensure scalable operations, technology, and processes; manage external relationships with investors, partners, media, and identify opportunities for licensing, partnerships, and acquisitions to fuel growth

Fitt Talent Partners is a specialized recruitment firm working with top health and wellness companies.

We’re filling this role for a client, a private membership platform offering families proactive, physician-led healthcare designed to optimize health across generations through anticipatory care, specialist access, and personalized wellness protocols.

The Opportunity

The CEO will serve as the primary decision-maker and public face of the brand, reporting directly to the Founder and Board. This leader will be responsible for setting and executing the company’s overarching vision, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring organizational excellence across every function.

We are looking for a physician-executive with credibility in the medical space to lead in the wellness and longevity space, the operational discipline to build and scale, and the emotional intelligence to lead a values-driven company with care and conviction.

Key Responsibilities

Vision & Strategic Direction

  • Define and champion our long-term vision, mission, and strategic priorities in partnership with the Founder and Board.

  • Translate brand ethos into enterprise strategy — identifying growth markets, category expansion, and transformative opportunities in wellness, luxury, and longevity.

  • Set annual and multi-year goals that drive revenue growth, market share, and brand equity.

Member Development & Family Experience

  • Own the full member lifecycle — from the invitation and onboarding experience through long-term family engagement, retention, and legacy deepening.

  • Design and continuously evolve the membership model to ensure every family feels seen, served, and supported across all life stages and health horizons.

  • Develop frameworks for deepening household engagement — expanding relationships beyond individual members to encompass spouses, children, and multigenerational family units.

  • Personally cultivate relationships with founding and high-value member families, serving as a trusted executive point of contact and a visible steward of the brands promise.

  • Partner with the clinical and concierge teams to ensure member health journeys are proactive, coordinated, and emotionally resonant — not transactional.

  • Establish metrics and feedback loops that track member satisfaction, engagement depth, and lifetime value, using insights to drive continuous improvement.

  • Champion member storytelling internally and externally — translating real family outcomes into the brand’s most powerful proof points.

Executive Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a world-class executive team across operations, brand, finance, product, and people.

  • Cultivate a company culture rooted in integrity, creativity, inclusion, and accountability.

  • Serve as the principal steward of our values — modeling the character the company represents.

Financial Oversight & Capital Strategy

  • Own full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial health, profitability, and disciplined capital allocation.

  • Lead fundraising efforts, investor relations, and capital strategies that fuel sustainable growth.

  • Oversee financial planning, performance analytics, and risk management frameworks. Brand, Growth and Partnerships

  • Serve as the external face of the company — building relationships with investors, strategic partners, media, and key industry stakeholders.

  • Champion brand positioning as a purpose-driven luxury lifestyle enterprise with global ambitions.

  • Identify and close transformative partnerships, licensing agreements, and acquisition opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure operational systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company’s growth trajectory.

  • Set a high bar for execution, data-driven decision-making, and organizational performance.

  • Oversee the development of infrastructure, technology, and processes that support long- term scale.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in a C-suite or equivalent executive role.

  • Demonstrated success scaling a consumer brand, wellness enterprise, or luxury lifestyle company from growth stage to market leadership.

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams across brand, finance, operations, and product.

  • Strong track record in capital raising, investor relations, and board-level communication.

  • MD (Doctor of Medicine) required; MBA or equivalent advanced business degree strongly preferred — dual MD/MBA candidates will be given strong consideration.

  • Clinical or research background in health, medicine, or life sciences — with the ability to credibly bridge science and consumer wellness at an executive level.

  • Deep understanding of the wellness, longevity, sustainability, and/or lifestyle luxury sectors.

  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and the ability to inspire diverse stakeholders.
