  • Own and build the end-to-end sales operations function across DTC and B2B channels, connecting demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations into a cohesive, scalable engine.
  • Manage and optimize core commercial systems (HubSpot, Shopify, Salesforce) and oversee DTC order flow, ecommerce operations, payments, and the customer order lifecycle.
  • Partner with contract manufacturers to align demand planning, production, and fulfillment; lead demand forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with manufacturing and finance; oversee shipping and fulfillment to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Build scalable processes for order management, revenue tracking, and reporting; establish KPIs and dashboards; identify and implement automation and tooling to improve efficiency and accuracy; support B2B sales through quoting, invoicing, and deal desk operations.

Job Description

We are seeking a VP or Senior Director of Sales Operations to build and lead the operational backbone of our commercial organization. This role will own the systems, processes, and execution that power both our direct-to-consumer and B2B sales channels as we move toward and beyond launch.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for connecting demand generation, order management, fulfillment, and revenue operations into a cohesive, scalable engine.

The Role

  • Own and build the end-to-end sales operations function across DTC and B2B channels

  • Manage and optimize core commercial systems, including HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce

  • Partner closely with contract manufacturers to align demand planning, production, and fulfillment

  • Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning in coordination with manufacturing and finance

  • Manage shipping and fulfillment operations, ensuring a high-quality customer delivery experience

  • Support B2B sales efforts through quoting, invoicing, and deal desk operations

  • Build scalable processes for order management, revenue tracking, and reporting

  • Establish KPIs and dashboards to drive visibility into performance across channels

  • Identify and implement automation and tooling to improve efficiency and accuracy

Who You Are

  • 8–15+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles

  • Experience managing DTC ecommerce operations for physical products - ideally devices or hardware

  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot, Shopify, and Salesforce

  • Experience working with contract manufacturers and/or supply chain and fulfillment partners

  • Proven ability to build systems and processes from the ground up in a high-growth environment

  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with attention to detail

  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-moving environment

Preferred

  • Experience in medical device, health tech, or premium consumer hardware

  • Familiarity with subscription models, connected devices, or app-enabled products
