★ WHAT YOU WILL DO

We are looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance department and contribute to our company's continuous growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

Reporting:

• Coordinate the month-end closing process to ensure timely and accurate reporting (P&L/Balance sheet/Cash) for several entities and manage relationships with external accounting firms.

• Contribute to the preparation and delivery of internal financial communications

• Analyse variances vs budget and re-forecast;

• Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and internal control procedures.

• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and automation in monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting;

• Provide analytical support for cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects.

• Contribute to the maintenance, enhancement, and optimization of the Group’s reporting tools

Operational support:

• AR : invoicing/cash collection/overdue receivables follow-up.;

• AP: collect supplier invoices and process supplier payments.

• Support the Finance Manager with third-parties relations (external auditor, advisors, banks,...).
  
  

Internal control: 

• Support the documentation of internal processes and ensure compliance with internal control policies.

★ WHO YOU ARE

You will be a good fit to join the Finance team at Adikteev if you:

• Have a first experience in a finance role or audit role (3/4 years)

• Hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. 

• Demonstrate strong accounting knowledge, with proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

• Master Microsoft Excel, with the ability to use advanced features and build models.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with external partners.

• Pay close attention to detail, with a strong ability to interpret and manipulate financial data.

• Take a proactive approach and can work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Excel in written and verbal communication skills in French AND English.
