We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Lead Product Owner to guide the direction of multiple product teams, primarily within game development and the online gaming sector. This senior leadership role is key to defining product strategy, ensuring consistent delivery, and driving cross-functional collaboration across the full product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of Product Owners managing multiple products or complex product portfolios

• Align product strategies with company objectives and OKRs

• Act as the key decision-maker on product priorities, timelines, and feature development

• Define and own the long-term product vision and ensure it is clearly communicated to all stakeholders

• Collaborate with the Head of Product and executive leadership on roadmap planning and product investment decisions

• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence across the product function

• Oversee product backlog prioritisation and delivery planning while managing cross-team dependencies

• Drive collaboration with development, design, QA, release management, and marketing teams

• Ensure timely and high-quality product releases through structured planning and strong execution

• Mentor and develop junior Product Owners, sharing best practices and strengthening the product function

• Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product direction

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal quality standards

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, including at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role

• Proven experience in game development or the online gaming (iGaming) sector

• Strong strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities

• Excellent leadership and mentoring skills

• Experience working with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe

• Strong technical understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Understanding of regulatory compliance within the gambling industry

• Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
