We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Solutions Engineer to support our Digital Enablement & AI team in enhancing and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations within the Power Platform ecosystem. This role will focus on designing, configuring, and extending Dynamics 365 capabilities to improve enterprise portfolio visibility, strengthen cross-project dependency tracking, and enable executive-level reporting and insights.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and Power Platform development, along with the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, and extend Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Dataverse components to support portfolio and project management initiatives.
Develop and modify Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, and security models to support evolving business requirements and improve system usability.
Analyze current system workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through Power Automate workflows and targeted automation.
Design and develop reporting and visualization solutions that provide executive-level insights into portfolio performance, including cross-project dependencies, RAID tracking, milestone status, project health indicators, and adoption metrics.
Evaluate and pilot emerging AI and Copilot capabilities within Microsoft Dynamics and the Power Platform to enhance automation and data insights.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, document system designs, and translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions.
Participate in system testing, solution validation, and release management to ensure enhancements meet quality and governance standards.
Support ongoing platform operations by troubleshooting issues, resolving ServiceNow tickets, and maintaining system stability.
Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and technical guidance to internal teams to ensure long-term sustainability of implemented solutions.
Assist with governance and change control processes to ensure solutions align with organizational architecture and platform standards.
Participate in scheduled maintenance windows and provide after-hours support when required for deployments or system updates.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
Strong experience configuring and extending Dynamics 365 Project Operations or related Dynamics modules.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse configuration and customization, including tables, relationships, forms, views, and security roles.
Experience developing Power Automate workflows and platform automation solutions.
Experience designing and implementing Power BI or Dynamics reporting dashboards for executive stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience working within enterprise governance, change control, and release management processes.
Strong documentation and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities within the Power Platform ecosystem.
Experience supporting enterprise portfolio management or project management solutions.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing systems and operational support workflows.
Experience working in large enterprise environments with structured governance processes.
