Summary:
Involves recommending, developing, implementing, administering, coordinating, and evaluating Academic Personnel policies, labor contracts, statutes, programs, and procedures.
Focus on academic recruitment, appointment, and advancement; compensation and salary administration; welfare programs; visa procurement; benefits; payroll; training and development; academic personnel misconduct; equity; labor and employee relations issues governing represented academic personnel.
Responsibilities:
Apply theory and practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field.
