Job Responsibilities: -With writing counterparts, ensure consistency of message and clear brand identity. -Execute cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and recognition materials, as well as other donor-centered projects. -Think holistically about projects from the outset, ensuring that creative resources from different disciplines are engaged as appropriate. -Actively participate in meetings with writers and gift officers to help determine visual strategy and production plan. -Work with Foundation leaders to help execute their vision. -Design and implement original and existing templates based on graphic standards to maintain consistent branding. -Demonstrate technical expertise in completing projects within the production schedule time period. Skills: Required Skill & Experience: -Previous graphic design, visual arts or related experience. -Intermediate knowledge of the best practice print and web production techniques. -Intermediate proficiency in desktop publishing, imaging and graphic design software (macOS, Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). -Strong verbal and written communications skills. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Strong customer service skills. -Solid time management skills. -Solid organizational skills. -Solid presentation skills. -Solid project management skills. -Solid critical thinking / problem-solving skills. -Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. -Ability to convey complex or technical information in an easy-to-understand manner. -Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Preferred Skill & Experience: -At least one (1) year of graphic design, visual arts or related experience. -Internship or other related experience within an ad agency or in-house design environment.
