🌐 Now Hiring: Online Administrative Assistant (Remote – Colombia & Guatemala) We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Online Administrative Assistant to support our growing e‑commerce operations. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy organizing processes, and have experience in online retail workflows, this role is for you! As part of our team, you will handle daily order processing, product listings, customer communication, and light bookkeeping to help ensure our online store runs smoothly and efficiently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Review and process online orders, including handling cancellations and performing fraud checks Coordinate return and exchange requests Upload orders to ShippingEasy and oversee expedited fulfillment Provide customer support via email and phone regarding orders, returns, and shipping concerns Maintain and update product listings across platforms Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and credit memo processing
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications Experience & Technical Skills:
1–2 years of experience in e‑commerce or administrative support Hands-on experience with Shopify and SAP Business One Customer service experience via email and phone (returns, cancellations, etc.) Basic photo editing skills (Photoshop or similar tools) Strong Excel and data-entry capabilities with high accuracy Experience managing and optimizing product listings (copywriting & SEO) Familiarity with bookkeeping processes
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and work independently Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
📅 Schedule Monday to Friday — 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST 🌍 Location Remote position available for candidates in Colombia and Guatemala
