3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows required)

Core Tasks:
Administer and maintain Salesforce platform (users, roles, profiles, permissions)
Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules
Build and manage reports, dashboards, and data visibility for key stakeholders
Create and optimize automations using Flow, Process Builder, and workflow rules
Manage data integrity (imports, deduplication, cleanup, validation)
Support sales, marketing, and operations teams with system enhancements and troubleshooting
Collaborate with leadership to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
Monitor system performance and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and system architecture
Assist with integrations (APIs, third-party tools like HubSpot, Stripe, etc.)
Must Haves:
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201 or equivalent)
Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools (Flows required)
Experience building reports and dashboards for business decision-making
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Experience supporting sales teams and CRM-driven workflows
Ability to work full-time CST-aligned hours
Nice to Haves:
Familiarity with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
Experience in a fast-paced startup or agency environment
