Position Summary The Associate Client Representative supports the daily management of a high-volume Commercial Lines book of select business. Under the direction of a lead servicer, this position consistently provides excellent customer service to external and internal clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Supports lead servicer in effectively managing a high-volume book of business ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately and on-time to meet the client needs.
Set up and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, proposal letters, change requests, proofs of insurance etc.
Endorse policy in EPIC
Create activities in EPIC and assign applicable team-member.
