The Solutions Architect at Aduro is the strategic technical partner to our sales and business development team. Your mission is to translate complex prospect requirements into scalable, dependable fund administration solutions. You are not an "order taker" who agrees to every bespoke client request; you are a consultant who champions best practices, collaborates with Product to design robust data flows, and ensures that what we sell can be executed flawlessly. You bridge the gap between a signed mandate and a successful, high-integrity go-live.

The salary for the Solutions Architect role will range $150,000 - $160,000. Salary is determined based on current market data and candidate experience level. Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the Aduro Bonus Program.
