Roles & Responsibilities

  • Enrolled in, or a recent graduate from, a program in Technical Writing, Communications, or Business Administration (preferred).
  • Completed at least 2 years of study at an accredited college or university.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills; detail-oriented and organized; experience with Atlassian/Confluence or similar CMS/Wiki platforms is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a project from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent formatting and a uniform visual identity across SOPs using Confluence headers and layouts; rewrite SOPs to standardize voice and present processes as clear and actionable.
  • Assist in developing a streamlined content architecture for the Company's knowledge base and audit SOPs for duplicates or misplacement.
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts to verify that edited SOPs remain technically accurate and ensure work stays on schedule to meet internal deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What Internships Are Available?


One internship opportunity is available in our Operations Department. The Technical Writing Intern will support the Company through Knowledge Based editing and organizational development.


What are the Job Responsibilities?


The intern will provide support to the operations team as it relates to the hiring and managing of technical crews for sports, entertainment, and other live events. This candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities will consist of: 

  • Edit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent formatting, using Confluence headers and layouts for a uniform visual identity across all SOPs.
  • Rewrite the SOPs as necessary to standardize the "voice" and present processes as clear and actionable to ensure accurate utilization by company employees
  • Assist in developing a streamlined approach and designing the content architecture of the Company's knowledge base.
  • Audit for duplicate or misplaced Standard Operating Procedure documents (SOPs)
  • Partner with Subject Matter Experts across the company to verify that the edited versions remain technically accurate.
  • Ensure work is on schedule and meets internal deadlines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

What are the Terms and Conditions of the Internship?

  • Temporary employment from 4/15/26 -7/10/26 – some flexibility to start & end date based on student’s schedule
  • 20-hour work week Monday–Friday, a schedule will be mutually agreed upon
  • $20.00 / hour
  • Students and recent graduates may apply
  • Interns do not meet the eligibility requirements for company benefits
  • Dress code is smart casual
  • Desktop or laptop computer will be provided
  • Remote work arrangements (if applicable, with home internet and cell phone stipend)
Requirements
  • Must be 18+ years or older
  • Enrolled in, or a recent graduate from, a program in Technical Writing, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred.
  • Years in school: completed at least 2 years at an accredited college or university
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with Atlassian/Confluence or similar CMS/Wiki platforms is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a project from start to finish.
  • Detailed oriented and organized 
  • Strong analytical skills
