Trade Desk Analyst

Summary:

CSG Investments, the investment subsidiary of Beal Bank USA, is actively seeking a Trade Desk Analyst. This entry-level role is responsible for supporting all aspects of our secondary market trading activity, including trade processing, frequent periodic reporting, record keeping and management and other duties.

No prior experience in finance, banking or trading is required as we will train and develop candidates as necessary. The key is your capacity and genuine interest in learning the position and the overall field of finance and investments.

This is an on-site (non-remote) position based at our Plano, TX headquarters location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Accurately input trade tickets in real time during periods of active trading
• Compile complete trade packages from various data sources and platforms
• Ensure that all necessary trading authorizations and post-trade approvals are obtained on a timely basis
• Support the Trade Desk as needed to ensure that all trades settle on time
• Proactively monitor unsettled trades for any issues and resolve as necessary
• Perform various periodic processes and report generation activities
• Oversee the management and organization of all files and data for the Trade Desk function
• Support the Trade Desk in daily trading activity as required
• Assist with any other duties as assigned by manager 

Qualifications (Education, Computer Skills, Certifications, Etc.):

• Bachelor’s degree in business, financial or a quantitative-related field is strongly preferred
• 0-3 years’ experience working in a professional setting
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office suite skills
• Experience with Bloomberg
• Strong analytical quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with demonstrated attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and produce deliverables 
• Ability to maintain a high degree of focus in high-pressure environments and situations
